Do
I have to order a minimum number of garments?
No, only order what you need, no pressure here to order more. |
Do
you give volume discounts?
Yes, call 1- 877-527-0047 to inquire about price breaks, which
are available usually when you reach the 500 pieces or more
quantities. |
What
is your turn around time?
Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days from the finalization
of the logo. Custom logos require about a week to get the
sample stitch-out approved. |
Is
rush service available?
Is there an additional cost for it? Yes rush service is available.
Please add 10% to the total of the order to cover rush service
fees. |
How
large can my design be?
For caps designs should not be larger than two inches in height
and 4.5 inches in width. The sides and rear of the caps can
also be sewn. Left chest designs can be as little as 1 inch
up to about 4 inches. Jacketback designs can be as large as
14x14. |
How
many colors can my design have?
Each design can have up to sixteen different colors. The price
we quote you will take into consideration the number of colors
needed and the amount of stitches required to embroider your
design. |
What
types of items can be embroidered?
Golf Shirts, T-Shirts, Dress Shirts, Caps, Jackets, Sweat
Shirts, Sweat Pants, Denim Shirts, Towels, Duffel Bags, Infant
items, Robes, Tote Bags, Backpacks, Blankets, Aprons, and
much, much more! |
What
is the usual turn-around time for your embroidered gifts?
All
the gift items on our web site are in stock and will be embroidered
within a day or two of receipt of your order. |
What types of catalogs do you have
available if we "Request A Catalog"?
The
only types of catalogs we have available are ones that are
for embroidered apparel and accessories, as well as for a
large assortment of promotional products. We do not have any
catalogs available that show our gift items - you can only
view them on our web site. |
If I live in the St. Louis area,
can I come and see your products?
We
do not have a retail store front, but, yes, by appointment,
we would be happy to meet with you. |
Do
you guarantee your products?
Yes,
if the item is damaged when you receive it and/or the embroidery
is not correct, then yes, we will happily replace the item.
If a name is misspelled, and it is our fault, we will replace
the item. |
